Post-Service Support Policy

At ZethEli Designs, we provide support for our delivered services once full payment has been received. Our support covers websites, logos, automations (via GHL, Zapier, Pabbly, Active Pieces, etc.), and other platforms used for your project.

1. Support Start:
Support begins once the service has been paid in full. No support will be provided prior to payment completion.

2. Support Duration:
We offer 30 days of free support from the date of full payment. This includes assistance with troubleshooting and minor adjustments related to the delivered services.

3. Scope of Support:
The support period covers:

  • Fixing bugs or issues with delivered services (websites, automations, logos).
  • Answering questions related to the use of the delivered project.
  • Minor adjustments within the scope of the original project agreement.

Support does not include:

  • New features or changes that fall outside the original scope of the project.
  • Support for third-party integrations that were not part of the original project.

4. Extended Support:
After the 30-day free support period, you may request additional support at a rate of $78/hour. This applies to any new issues, updates, or changes requested outside of the initial service agreement.

Alternatively, we offer monthly retainer plans for ongoing support:

  • Basic Support Plan: $100/month for up to 2 hours of support.
  • Premium Support Plan: $250/month for up to 5 hours of support.
  • Custom Support Plan: Contact us for custom options based on your needs.
