Google Ads Campaign Management Guide
Step 1: Create a Google Ads Manager Account
Sign Up for Google Ads Manager Account:
- Go to the Google Ads Manager Accounts page.
- Click on “Start Now” and follow the prompts to create your account.
Step 2: Link Your Account to My Manager Account
Request Access to Your Account:
Once your Manager account is set up, log in.
Click on the “Tools & Settings” icon (the wrench) in the upper right corner.
Under the “Setup” section, click on “Linked accounts”.
Click on the “+” button to link a new account.
Select “Link existing account”.
Enter your Google Ads account ID (10-digit number) and send the request.
Approve the Request:
You will receive an email notification and a notification in your Google Ads account.
Log into your Google Ads account, click on the “Tools & Settings” icon, go to “Linked accounts”, and approve the request.
Step 3: Set Up Billing and Payments
Verify Billing Information:
- Ensure that your billing information is correctly set up in your Google Ads account.
- Go to the “Tools & Settings” icon, then “Billing” under the “Setup” section.
Step 4: Campaign Management
Create and Manage Campaigns:
- Once access is granted, I can manage your campaigns from my Manager account.
- I will navigate to your account from the Manager account dashboard.
- I can then create new campaigns, ad groups, ads, keywords, and manage budgets as needed.
Step 5: Monitor and Optimize
Monitor Performance:
- I will regularly check the performance of your campaigns through the “Overview” and “Campaigns” tabs.
- Using Google Ads tools, I will analyze and optimize campaigns for better performance.
Step 6: Reporting
Generate Reports:
- I will create custom reports to keep you updated on campaign performance.
- This can be done through the “Reports” tab where I can set up scheduled reports to be sent automatically.
